Refunds and Returns Policy

We present superb quality products at low prices here at We want you to be happy with your purchase experience. We sell brand-new, first-quality, name-brand goods. Some of what we sell are store close-outs, clearance and refurbished products. Such items are clearly marked and are final sale. We do not accept final-sale products for return, refund or exchange, with these exceptions:

• The item is not what you ordered.
• The item doesn't match the description on our site or has missing parts or damage that isn't a result of shipping damage.

For non-final sale items, we cheerfully accept returns and exchanges for 14 (fourteen) days after you receive the item for the following reasons:

• You received the wrong item: For instance, if you ordered a cotton knit shirt, size Small our number 123456 and instead received a woolen sweater, Size 3X, our number 654321, you can return the item for a full refund, exchange or store credit If we've made a mistake, shipping to return the wrong item and to receive your replacement is FREE - all you have to do is request a return label.

You don't like the item: If you don't like the colour, style or other feature of the item you've purchased from us and would like to return it, we can allow an exchange for an item of the same price or store credit if the item is returned with fourteen days of you having received it. Your shipping cost responsibility is for the return of the item to be exchanged and for the shipping of the replacement item to you.

You ordered the wrong size of item: We allow for an exchange for size. That means that if you meant to order a queen-size quilt, but ordered a twin, rather than allow your toes to get cold, we'll allow you to return the twin and exchange for the queen. You're responsible for shipping costs both ways, even if the original purchase offered free shipping along with any difference in price between the items if the replacement item has a higher price. If the replacement item has a lower cost, the difference after adding the cost of replacement shipping will be refunded by the same method as the original method of payment.

How your refund or credit will be handled: Altacolor LLC operates, a website dedicated to direct-to-consumer bargains on designer and other premium products. If your initial purchase was made here and paid via credit card, PayPal or other internet-based payment method, appearing on your statement as a transaction with Altacolor LLC, your refund will be processed through the original payment method. If you paid by major credit card through, your refund will be made to the same card number you used to make your initial purchase. If you paid by check or cash, your refund will be made by company check from Altacolor LLC. All refunds or credits should complete processing within fourteen (14) business days of the receipt of your return except for check or cash refunds which can take up to thirty (30) days to process.

Shipping and handling costs on returns are not refundable: Any item returned for refund, exchange or credit is subject to our normal costs of handling when the item is first shipped to you and on the actual cost of shipping in both directions. Items returned because you don't want the item or made a mistake in ordering the item or any reason not related to an error or defect on our part is subject to shipping costs being collected for shipping both ways along with a 20% restocking fee.

Sales Tax: We collect state sales tax on all sales where required by law. If you are purchasing for resale, a New Jersey ST-3 form must be provided to us before an order is entered. Sales tax is not calculated on shipping costs. Refunds, if given, will include the sales tax collected at the time of the sale, if applicable.

Non-continental United States and Overseas Shipping, Duties and Taxes: PST, VAT and other non-U.S. taxes, fees and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any costs incurred by in the processing of items returned for non-payment of duties, provincial or other taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser, including but not limited to custom broker costs and fees and you grant permission to us to charge the credit card on file for any such costs. Duty for all international shipments must be paid by the recipient according to local law in effect at the time of receipt at the shipment destination. We charge a $25 fee for the preparation of customs documentation for outbound shipments. We will not mark an international shipment as "gift" or "sample" or in any other way that intends to avoid or mitigate taxes, duties or fees. Any 'free shipping' offers made by do not include international or non-continental, APO/FPO or other shipping costs.

All returns or exchanges require an RMA: RMA is fancy-talk for 'Return Materials Authorisation'. It's a number we'll assigned to your return so that we can be sure that you get the credit you deserve. We refuse any merchandise that's returned without an RMA. That's for your protection and keeps the goods you paid for out of the Lost and Found here. Please request your return first by contacting us to make your refund or exchange experience as smooth as possible. Include your order number in your request.

Merchandise damaged or destroyed in shipping: All items we ship are covered by insurance. Should an item you order be damaged or destroyed in shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can start the insurance claims process. Your refund, replacement or credit will be issued within seven (7) business days of our notification of a paid claim. We may, at our discretion, provide a refund, replacement item or credit in advance of the completion of the claims process.You are responsible for holding on to all materials shipped to you until we advise you otherwise.

eBay & Amazon Purchases: We also use eBay and Amazon to market certain kinds of items. If you've made a purchase from us at one of those sites, different terms apply.
